Petition u/s 482 CRPC, whether court can see documents when hearing the petition?
Answer is yes. Hon'ble Supreme Court says that at the time of deciding the petition under section 482 CRPC, High court can see and consider the documents, which are of unimpeachable character and which are of beyond reasonable doubt. other documents, which are of suspicious in nature and there credibility can only be decided after taking the evidence, cannot be considered, in 482 jurisdiction.
